Extra-ripe plum sorbet and rum raisin custard

The plum sorbet has large chunks of perfectly ripe plums in it, and since it’s a sorbet, it tastes refreshing; it really captures the character of the plum. On the other hand, the rum raisin custard is a very rich custard full of rum aroma. I felt like they really brought out the best of what gelato can be. They’re seriously good at this.
