Beton is such a famous salt bread bakery that the line is always long, but I heard the House of Cheongdam branch doesn’t get much of a queue, so I went.

There really is hardly any queue here. At this level it’s worth buying..

So how did it taste.. I think the strength of this bread is that you get all sorts of textures out of a single salt bread.. The handle part in particular is chewy, so the texture is fun compared to the fluffy rest of it.. I get why it’s popular, but I’m not sure it’s worth standing in line for.. which is exactly why House of Cheongdam is the way to go..
