I heard there was a wonderful bakery in Toyokawa, so off I went.

It was morning, but there were already plenty of people.

The place is packed with breads that look delicious, and the prices are great too. You won’t see this in Korea any more.. these are ten-year-old prices..

There are hard-crust breads and softer ones too. I like the hard-crust kind, so my tray ended up full of those.

I ate them all, and they were all tasty.. the meal breads and the hard-crust ones each had their own character, and all of them were good. The one with cheese in it was especially delicious..

Rusks and so on..

There is already so much bread to buy that I never really get around to looking at this side.

Inside

The space isn’t large, but it was absolutely packed with people. Some of the breads looked like they had already sold out, so I think next time I need to get there a bit earlier.
