After taking in that gorgeous Mt. Fuji at Miho, the next place we headed for was Shimizu Port. You can see Mt. Fuji from here too.

The view of Mt. Fuji from here is lovely as well. Though the clouds had built up a bit in the meantime.. Shimizu Port gives you Mt. Fuji and plenty of places to eat, so it makes for a pretty good stop.

I never expected to find something like this..

Since we were traveling as a group, queueing at one of the famous places felt like too much, so we just walked into one with lots of empty seats. That would be a shop called Nobuchan.

The rice was nothing special, but the neta was fresh and it ate well.

The prices are reasonable. Not expensive at all, really.

It was a good meal and the bill came out lower than I expected. Sure, it’s pricier than somewhere like Sushiro, but for sushi you eat right after looking at Mt. Fuji, this is honestly not bad.

Turns out this whole street was nothing but sushi restaurants. We just went into the one with the shortest line, and it was perfectly decent.
