Heirloom Korean wheat

They use Korean wheat and still manage this price..

The menu

They sell a wider range than I expected. There are even a few breads I have never seen before..

I did not take a photo, but I bought a brownie too, and the chocolate flavor was nice and deep.

Chocolate rye bread

The loaf is small so the value is not great, but this bread was so good. The seasoning is nicely salty and the flavor has sharp edges to it, which puts it at a seriously high level. It feels close to 365 Days Bakery, I would say.. A place like this has to be called a great one.

Fig and pecan rye bread

There was one problem though: it was so good and so small that I finished the whole thing in no time. It is rye bread, so I meant to make it last a week, but I never saw this accident coming.. I will have to be careful next time.
