Dubai Chocolate has suddenly become a huge trend. I’m amazed at how fast trends move in Korea. Anyway, while there are supposedly “famous” spots for it, the recipe is simple enough that I figured going to a good local place would be just as fine as traveling to a renowned shop.
Cafe in Oven
There was a pretty spacious spot across from Pyeongridan-gil in Bupyeong.
Interior
It was really well put together.
Seating
Very modern.
Cakes
They really do things properly here. I had no idea such a great dessert spot existed…
Menu
The prices are all reasonable.
Dubai Chocolate
It felt like they kept them in the back where they weren’t easily visible… but they brought them out once I ordered.
Gong-eul-gi
It looks fancy, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever actually have a reason to visit this Chinese restaurant.
Dubai Chocolate
I tried one while walking, and it was so nutty and delicious. I finally get why everyone is raving about Dubai Chocolate. I felt like this place in particular did it well… I can’t believe I found such a high-quality dessert in Bupyeong. Plus, it’s great that I didn’t have to wait in line.
The street…
This area is being developed with new apartment complexes popping up, but some of the old buildings still remain.
Cafe
There are places like this too…
Cafe
Bupyeong has gained a lot of interesting spots lately.
