Millean was featured on You Quiz on the Block, the popular Korean TV show, and its flan was such a hit that the queue got long. I was curious as well, but I couldn’t be bothered to stand in line, so I never went. Then I heard the queue had finally got shorter, so I paid a visit.

So the flan I ended up buying was a bit of a letdown. The flan at Ongo, the patisserie in Yeonhui-dong, is far tastier.

Black sesame flan

The black sesame makes it richer, but this one is no real improvement either. I don’t see the point of queuing up to buy them.
