Museum SAN at Oak Valley

Some of you will already know this, but Museum SAN has a James Turrell gallery. There are only a handful of these anywhere in the world, so if you live in Korea it is absolutely worth going. That said, here is what I learned by going in winter this time… you really do want to go when the weather is decent. I went when it was far too cold and had a rough time of it…

Photography is not allowed past this point, so this is as far as the photos go, but it was a striking space where you really feel James Turrell. I will have to come back when it is a bit warmer.

It is a really well-made building and a good spot for a full-day course. They seem to have added a shuttle bus too, so if you have the time I would recommend a visit.
