I gather 1500 is read “mille cinquecento”. I came across it while walking the streets of Yoyogi-Hachiman, and what a lovely space it turned out to be.
The exterior
Nice and clean.
The desserts
They looked so pretty I couldn’t not go in..
Babà al rum
I was tempted by this one.. maybe next time..
Bomboloni cream doughnuts
Tempted by these too.. but I held back..
The desserts
Very tempting indeed..
Panettone gastronomico
This is a seriously impressive item, but I didn’t dare order it.
A glass of water
A cross-section of the panettone gastronomico
They really do it well.
Cannolo
Pretty, but so packed with cream that it wasn’t the easiest thing to eat.
Like this..
A good meal, and off I went. If I lived nearby this is a place I’d drop into often.
I had a wander around the Yoyogi-Hachiman area.
THE NUTS EXCHANGE
Places like this too..
PATH
Looks like a croissant specialist.
There’s someone making croissants right up front.
A place called LIFE..
Mametora
Fuglen off in the distance
I couldn’t be bothered to walk over, so I shot it with the zoom..
sumile tokyo
No idea what they do, but I took a photo anyway.
Gelee de fruits
Looks like they sell fruit jellies; it caught my eye as I passed, so I snapped it.
MEALS are DELIGHTFUL
Another one I just shot in passing.
A bar
I don’t even know the name of this one, but the interior is beautifully done. This is what Yoyogi-Hachiman is all about, I suppose
Koharubiyori TOKYO
