Bbangui Jungseok in Seongsu-dong — “the textbook of bread” — is a place that gets such a long line that it is a bit awkward to visit. I did go this day, but anyway… in the age of covid I would rather avoid places you have to queue for…
Roughly like this…
And even that line was only this short because I went a little late and the famous breads had already sold out.
custard croissant
all sorts of breads…
I did not even get to see the really famous bread, so I think you have to time your visit for the moment they open.
custard croissant
It is tasty, that much is true. The cream is packed in like this and the croissant is crisp. The one problem, if you can call it that, was that there is so much cream it is not easy to eat without spilling.
Seoul Forest scenery
Winter is slowly passing, too.
