But… while this ramen looks great on Instagram… to get those neat-looking noodles, they serve them undercooked…

It’s the whole-wheat noodle that’s trendy these days. I get that Instagram matters, but serving them in this state was a bit of a shock. Lesson learned once again: if a supposedly famous ramen spot has no line, just turn around and walk out without looking back. And this was the second time in a row… painful…
