Hmm.. it tastes like Yantai gaoliang with the proof turned down, but plain old Yantai gaoliang might have been the better call.

The noodles.. honestly, until I had the gan-jjajang at Gwangseong Banjeom, this place was my number one..

The neighborhood Bokhwaru is in seems to go by the name Pyeongnidan-gil or something these days. A bunch of cool-looking shops have opened up, so I’ll probably find excuses to drop by. Kind of surprising to see even a neighborhood like this getting trendy..
