I went to two festivals but ended up not eating much at either… so I moved on to get some ramen. The level of the ramen at Ramen Kokugikan these days is no joke.

The niboshi (dried sardine) broth is good

Tsukemen

As you’d expect from a tsukemen specialist, the noodles had a great chew.

Dipping broth

It’s loaded with niboshi. If you’ve got nowhere to go in Odaiba, I don’t think you can do better than this.
