You can see the signature menu items: shio ramen, shoyu ramen, tsukemen and so on.
Table setting
At first glance it looks like some kind of cafe.
Interior
The counter is U-shaped. On the other side there is a storeroom.
Interior
The kitchen is bigger than I expected.
Shio ramen
The presentation is almost on the level of a French restaurant. They use only the finest Japanese ingredients, too. Since they don’t use any seasoning additives at all, the taste was a bit mild, but the quality of the ingredients, like the chashu, was tremendous.
Noodles
Next time I’ll have to try the shoyu. By the way, this is the first ramen shop I’ve seen with so many couples. You really never can tell with ramen trends.
