Opas treats me like a VIP and I go there far too often, so I don’t post every visit, but on the days I drink something special I can’t help writing it down for the record.

Donkey Kick

It’s my favourite bourbon cocktail.. but they’ve run out of the syrup and don’t make it anymore.. that’s the biggest pity. It was a bit strong, exactly my kind of drink.

GlenDronach

Sherry casks are this distillery’s main thing. Great value for money and a very clear character, so for people who like this style there aren’t many whiskies that can match it.

Glentauchers 18 Year Old. The dogs on the label are really lovely, and the whisky was every bit as good. I’d love to get another bottle, but this is the last of it.. such a shame..

The owner of Angel’s Share got some to take away, saying it was for Hongju.
