A Cote Patisserie might just be my favorite pastry shop. It is a bit of a trek to get there, but it is a place I cannot help going back to regularly.
The front entrance
Not just the entrance, the inside is laid out like an ordinary house too. So only two people can go in at a time. Lining up in winter must be a pain, but who knows.

This one was so-so. More ordinary than I expected..

Citron chocolate cookie
Fantastic as always. I honestly do not know if a better cookie is even possible. I would love to bake cookies like this myself, but if I started preparing now, could I manage it within ten years? I will just have to hope the owner puts out a recipe book.
