After a good amount of wine at 2chef, we move on to The Factory. Is this déjà vu, perhaps?

Whisky glasses

They serve it with a round ball of ice. When you drink whisky on the rocks, a round ice ball melts evenly, so the ratio of water to whisky stays just right and it tastes better. Ordinary square cubes melt fast and unevenly, so the balance of flavour and aroma falls apart in no time.

Balvenie

A friend had a bottle of Balvenie kept here, so I gladly helped myself.

Dry snacks

Here is to a good drink.

Crêpe

Whatever you order from The Factory’s food menu, it never disappoints. I can hear the sound of myself gaining weight, but it was delicious all the same.
