I finally had some free time after a month, so I went to 2chef with a friend. Turns out quite a lot had changed behind the scenes — one of the chefs had struck out on his own.

Nice and refreshing. Spring really is gazpacho season.

A dish I tried for the first time that day — it tastes more Korean than Italian, but it is delicious either way.

The pasta at 2chef has always been good

Hanwoo beef tenderloin steak

Last year the steak quality was all over the place, but on my recent visits it has barely wavered at all. At this level I would say it beats Butcher’s Cut.

Grapes and cheese for dessert

I think they sent this out on the house since it had been a while. I should have come more often, but April was just too busy.
