Rokurinsha at Tokyo Station

By the time I got back to Tokyo it was already night. Wondering where to go and what to eat, I headed to Rokurinsha, the ramen shop in Tokyo Station.

I got to the ramen shop under Tokyo Station and the queue wasn’t all that long, so I was seated in about 15 minutes.

Roughly like this. They’re using noodles from Asakusa Kaikaro.

A complex soup that takes the Taishoken flavour a step further, and it is superb. Lately, though, I find myself craving something with a bit more punch.

Lots of chew. I’d eaten not long before, but I polished the bowl off in no time.
