Bali really has a lot of temples. It is almost a wonder that they all manage to get by ^_^
I went into one of them that happened to be holding a ceremony.
I failed to get this one level. My photography seems to be getting worse lately, sadly. Before entering a temple you have to wrap a skirt-like cloth around your waist.

The women carry in the food offerings. Apparently only the very top part is offered to the gods, and the rest gets taken back home.

Water keeps welling up from the bottom. The sand kept swirling up in little clouds, which was a mysterious sight.

Their religious devotion is really something.

It is called a lingam and symbolizes the male organ. There were lots of lingam and yoni statues. Of course, you find quite a few in Korea and Japan too..
