In Phnom Penh there is a hotel called the Rosewood Phnom Penh. Apparently it was built by POSCO. When I went, it was no joke at all.

The view has to be pretty much number one in Phnom Penh. I found myself wondering whether companies like Google or Facebook might move into a building like this.
