Yokohama has no shortage of famous ramen shops, but I heard about one that serves ramen from first thing in the morning, so off I went.

It was morning, so there were hardly any customers and the place still felt a bit unsettled.
Since nobody was around, I took a shot of the tables too.

The noodles
They seem to be house-made, and they are the type you can keep eating without getting bored of them.
They let you help yourself to as much fresh vegetable as you like.
That kind of thoughtfulness is lovely.
It is a touch plain, but that is probably because it is the morning ramen; I imagine they serve a regular bowl at night.
