Ordering the chicken kalguksu..

I’d always ordered nothing but kongguksu, but well.. it’s a quick ride on a bike, so I felt generous enough to try conquering the rest of the menu and ordered something different. Thanks to the difference in mobility I’ve been working my way through all sorts of dishes. Kongguksu has its own charm, but kalguksu has a charm all of its own. The broth was rich and the mandu were tasty too.. so this is why it’s famous..

It was a great meal, and now all that’s left to conquer is the bibim guksu. I thought that once the Ttareungi rolled out I’d clear it in no time, but I still haven’t had the chance to deploy it..
