Gongdeok, and especially the area around Gongdeok Xi, keeps getting new places to eat. One of them is a bakery specialising in shokupan (Japanese-style milk bread), so I went to check it out.

Taste of a master craftsman, I suppose..
I got there a bit late, so there wasn’t a single half-size loaf left..
So I bought the one that came in a pouch instead.
Oh my…
The packaging is so carefully done that it almost feels like a shame to open it..
The bag is no joke either..
Shopping done, I slowly walked over toward Hyochang Park.
The old railway line runs all the way here..
