La Pomme is already a very well-known dessert cafe, but the reason this was my first visit is that the place doesn’t open until 2 p.m. It’s a slightly awkward time to drop by after lunch.

It’s supposedly the house signature, and the first thing that hits you is the sheer size. One was enough to fill the two of us… And it’s not just the portion: the balance of flavors is great too, and I really loved it. No wonder the place is popular when it turns out desserts like this.
