I had no idea the Riverside Hotel had a restaurant other than the buffet, but the food turned out to be pretty decent. The prices are on the high side, of course..

Side dishes

Clean, nice atmosphere, and hardly anyone around, so it seems like a good place for a business meal. Now that I do a bit of business myself, I get the chance to come to places like this..

Tangsuyuk (sweet and sour pork)

The tangsuyuk is perfectly edible. Palsun is the only hotel Chinese restaurant I have been to, so I cannot really compare, but I would say this is a pretty good effort.

Samseon jjamppong (seafood jjamppong)

Less of a kick than Wonheung, but they use good ingredients.

Clearly a notch above what you can get at an ordinary Chinese restaurant.

Sorbet

They serve dessert too.

It was nice and quiet because there was nobody there, but I could not help wondering a little whether the business is doing all right (I hope they do not go under). Apart from that and the slightly high prices, everything was fine. Hotel Chinese food is worth it once in a while.
