There are two udon shops at Haneda Airport. One is Tsurutontan, and the other is Uraraka, inside the duty-free area. The Osaka-style Tsurutontan is of course delicious too, but Uraraka is a branch of Kanbun Gonendo, a famous 350-year-old Inaniwa udon maker. I had been meaning to try it someday, and this time I finally got the chance.
A view from Haneda Airport
Lovely.
The udon shop
Haneda Airport is small, so it is easy to find.
Udon
Proper Inaniwa udon.
Hot udon in broth
The plain cold one might be a bit better than the one with broth..
