Chacheum Chacheum Bakery in Samsan-dong, Incheon

I visited Chacheum Chacheum again, a place that blew me away last time with its incredible value for money. Looking back, life was so hectic back then; I couldn’t really travel far when things were that busy. Now that AI handles some of the work for me, it’s not quite as intense…

A place like this

It seems like they’re always doing great business. If you go too late, there’s hardly anything left to buy…

Breads like these

I really should have visited a bit earlier…

Domestic Korean wheat

I can’t believe they can keep the prices this low while using domestic wheat…

The menu

They sell a wider variety of items than I expected. There are some breads I’ve never seen before…

I don’t have a photo, but I also bought a brownie, and I loved it because the chocolate flavor was so rich.

Chocolate rye bread

The size is small, so the value isn’t as great, but this bread is just delicious. The seasoning is slightly salty and the flavor profile is very sharp and defined, so it’s on a whole other level. It reminds me of 365 Bakery… I guess you’d call a place like this a hidden gem.

Fig pecan rye bread

However, there was a problem: it was so tasty and small that I devoured it in an instant. Since it’s rye bread, I planned to make it last a week, but I didn’t expect this “accident” to happen… I’ll have to be more careful next time.
