I’m honestly not sure what this neighbourhood is called. A quick search says it’s Seogye-dong, or maybe Cheongpa-ro.. Anyway, a lot of good restaurants have opened up around Seoul Station, and they all really do know how to pick a location.

Apparently a place called Baratie in Yeonnam-dong moved here and changed its name.

Pretty standard Italian..
Olives and cheese
Hokkaido scallop with Avruga caviar and cream sauce
They use good ingredients, so it tastes pretty good too.
Iberico chorizo sausage with Sumi potato purée and Brussels sprouts
Cacio e pepe linguine with Sarawak pepper and three cheeses
Vongole oil sauce linguine with bottarga, spring onion, garlic and clams
Bisque sauce spaghettini with red shrimp
Trippa stew with tomato sauce and beef offal
Tiramisu
Crème brûlée with Madagascar vanilla beans
Overall it wasn’t bad at all, but nothing really jumped out as a signature. For my part, I’m happy to leave it at a single visit.
