It’s no exaggeration to say the most famous bakery in Yoyogi-Hachiman is 365 Nichi. A book about it was even published back in Korea. I’d heard of its reputation for ages, but this was my first actual visit. I grabbed a numbered ticket at Mont Blanc Stand first, then came here..
Roughly like this..
Taking photos of people is a nuisance, so best to be careful.
Here’s the bread I bought.
The breads are small overall. They’re not expensive, but pick up a few and it can add up to quite a sum.
The most famous one, the croquant chocolat
Such a fun flavor. You get the crunch of chocolate, there’s cream inside, the bread is soft, and while every single ingredient is delicious, the harmony is what makes it outstanding.

Various breads
Besides bread, they also sell natto and dressings, handling all sorts of food products.
Quiche
That said, while this shop’s croquant chocolat is tasty, I don’t think I’d need to buy it again. The other breads are just too good. I was surprised at the first bite; the flavor of the ingredients is incredible. How can they make bread using only ingredients this delicious? The high prices started to make sense.
Apple cinnamon bagel
The aroma and flavor are just beautiful..
Jambon fromage
The ham is good, but the pastry itself is so crisp that it has the best texture. This shop uses truly good ingredients without holding back while keeping the balance right, which is why every bread is delicious. I had no choice but to admit it.
