I went to a croissant specialty shop that had just opened in Hongdae. Well… these days specialty bakeries keep popping up (plus all the rediscovered old-school bakeries…), so a day may come when I can’t review them all, but for now I’ll go as far as I can ^_^
The front entrance
It’s right across from Coffee Prince, so it’s fairly easy to find. Though if you don’t know where Coffee Prince is… then good luck. The interior is clean and modern, but the shop itself is on the small side. Then again, they only sell croissants, so it doesn’t need to be big.
The bread
The taste is decent enough. Either way, it’s good news that another high-level bakery has opened. I can only hope places like this keep multiplying until good bakeries become the norm. That’s probably the only way to beat the ordinary chain bakeries.
